mbpc provides commercial management services by valuing the effect of changes as well as agreeing final accounts for completed projects.

Working within the project delivery team, mbpc contributes to value management and risk management processes, helping to maximise the benefits obtained from investment in construction.

Maintaining the cost of the project within the budget agreed at commitment stage or within any variation to the budget, is the prime aim of the services mbpc provides.

If mbpc is not part of the client’s project delivery team, it can still offer advice and support when problems arise; giving advice and guidance on issues affecting project out-turn cost and the progress of works on site.
